Activity on GC app not showing on GC web

My setup is Fenix5 + android phone.

Big race yesterday. At one point the Fenix stalled showing the usual triangle. I thought I lost it, but after 5 minutes it came back and kept recording.

Got home and synced the Fenix with the phone. Garmin Connect Mobile shows the race splitted in 2 activities. No big deal, most of it is recorded, better than nothing.

My problem is that both new activities do not appear on Garmin Connect Web.

1) tryed to connect the Fenix to the PC and sync. No activity shown

2) tryed to look into the activity folder on the Fenix. It shows 1 fit file for yesterday. Loaded it manually. It is the second part of the race after the stalling. Funny thing is that now my GC Mobile shows 3 activities for yesterda: 1) first part of the race before stalling 2) second part of the race after stalling 3) second part of the race uploaded manually (it is slightly different from 2))

Question: is there a way to retreive 1) and 2) from the phone? Apparently they are no longer in the Activity folder of my Fenix. No idea why.

Never had this problem in years and thousands of activities.

    Besides what   wrote, you can also tap the Share symbol on the app for the activity that is missing in GC web, and then share it as WebLink. When you then access the weblink, it opens in GC Web. It may…

    The app and the web shows the same data since they use the same source. Nothing is stored in the app.

    First make sure you are looking at the same account because this sounds like you are using two accounts. Check even if you are sure you are using the same account.

    Compare the activities in the web: https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activities

    With the ones in the activity list in the app. Menu > Activities > All activities

    Do you see the same activities except for the last ones that there is an issue with?

    Besides what   wrote, you can also tap the Share symbol on the app for the activity that is missing in GC web, and then share it as WebLink. When you then access the weblink, it opens in GC Web. It may reveal whether it did not land in another account that you might have created unwillingly accidentally.

    Nope, the account is the same. All other activities are there. Only this one missing.

    So what happens when you share the WebLink and open it in the browser? Could you post the weblink here?

    Solved the problem by marking the activity as "preferred" on the phone. Then it did show up on the web. Very strange situation. Anyway I hate that it is all messed up because of the lockup of the watch during the race. I now have 1 activity with all the race course, but mileage and time is wrong (missing about 10k out of 43 and 1h out of 7) + 2 more activities with the last part of the race. I think my Fenix5 needs retirement. Going for a new Fenix6 Pro and hope it is better.
