corrupt fit file,any help please?

It didn't end where it started, so wondering if there is anything missing.

Some suggestions to help minimize the occurrence of corrupt fit files:

Sync your edge then remove all activity fit files from the device using these directions - Removing Recorded Activities on a Garmin Fitness Device
Regularly check for firmware updates using Garmin Express
Please report back here when you encounter corrupted files again
