Background sync for forerunner 645

Hello All,

I wanted to ask can anyone help me turn on the background sync on the Forerunner 645 music. I want the watch to sync automatically without needing the app to be open on the phone. As long as the Bluetooth of the phone is running then the watch should auto-sync whenever it can.
