No distance recorded

My amazing kite surfing sessions were recorded but NO distance or location data is shown in the app!!! Later I tried recording another activity and location data was shown. I believe there was an issue with the sync at that time. Is there a way to reprocess an activity so it can show location data??

Check that the FIT file contains any location data. Connect watch to computer, fetch the FIT file and use Fit File Repair Tool to check the stored data points. If you want help you can zip the FIT file and upload it here or put it on some file service and post the link.
