High hearth rate at the launch of Garmin connect

When launching Garmin connect on Android to Fenix 6x pro solar, initially it reports 160-180 bpm that's completely wrong. It gets back to normal rate in about a minute. Any way to fix or is it a known bug?

The app should be reporting what the watch is sending. If you look at your HR on the fenix 6 using the glance screen, can you confirm that these are 2 different numbers?

the numbers are indeed different. the app shows around 100 beats higher, but it only happens when I launch the app (once every few days) and goes back to normal rate. The high rate stays in the history or I wouldn't really mind.

Although I have the lesser FR235, my manual clearly states that HR will be inaccurate for the first 10 minutes. I generally wear 2 HRM so the initial inaccuracies of either don't bother me. After 10 minutes, the Garmin HRM is very accurate.
