I don't understand how the puls allart work

Hi, i dont understand the puls allart.

Sometimes I get allart at 102 for exemple.

But i don't get allart at higher pules as 120 and even 140 - why?

I have vivosmart 4

By rhe way - all are when in rest ( the 102, 120 and the 140) - not during acctivity
