The sleep data on garmin is absolutely rubbish, it says I'm sleeping even when I have been up and sitting downstairs with a cuppa, I had an operation on Thursday and the sleep pattern said I had 1min awake but I was in the kitchen for over 2 hours, I switched from a fitbit which was pretty much accurate for counting sleep, so Garmin when are you going to get this working better before I end up going back to fitbit
