Unable to open workouts on Garmin Connect App

Good day, I am not able to open workouts on Garmin Connect App. When I try to find workouts it throws the error, "We can't access our servers right now because there is no data connection." It has been weeks like this.

  • If you have a working Internet connection on your phone, this should not be a problem. The only way I can replicate your issue is if I put my phone in airplane mode or turn off both wi-fi and mobile data. If you do indeed have a network connection, I suggest reinstalling the app.

  • As said. An other possibility is, that your IP address, or the Internet access provider you use, is blocked for some security reasons. So before reinstalling the app, try using an alternative Internet connection - for example WiFi instead of mobile data, or vice versa.
