How to get all valid Garmin activities

Hi, 

 I need your help for to have valid activities with the map.

 Where can I find the good ID for all activities on Garmin ?

 

Because sometimes activities in my application (for android and apple) is always bike or run but it's a other activities ... And sometimes I have never the map.

    I am afraid your question is not very well comprehensible. Why do you need to know ID's of activities? Normally it is not necessary. If you go for a run, you select the Run activity on your watch. If it is a ride on a bike, select Cycling; if you go for a Walk, select Walk, etc. Of course, there are many other categories, and subcategories, but they all have names, and you do not need any ID's. All the names are self-explanatory.

    As for the missing map - there may be principally two reasons for that - either you selected an activity not using GPS (for example an indoor activity, or an activity with an intentionally disabled GPS option), or the GPS did not work for some reason - for example due to an expired ephemeris file data, due to an active battery saver mode, due to environmental conditions, and if you own a device using the assisted GPS from the phone, then it could be also due to the loss of connection to the phone. Hard to guess, without getting very detailed information from you.

    Effectivement le Français est ma langue natale.

    Nous sommes en train de développer une application et j'aurais besoin de renseignement.

    Lorsque nos utilisateurs utilisent leur Garmin reliées à notre application nous avons quelques problèmes.

    J'aurais donc besoin du fichier Garmin avec les ID de chaque sport. Certaines activités remontent toujours en course ou la carte ne remontent pas car le lien ne s'effectue pas correctement.

    Les IDs des sports sont dans le FIT SDK de Garmin. Plus précisement dans le fichier Profile.xlsx » tab Types » section Sport (ligne 388 de la dérnière version), et aussi la section sub_sport (ligne 496)
