Active calories less than calories burned during workout. Still!!!!

A quick search shows that his has been a problem for the software for over 5 years now.  How can we be expected to use and rely on this software to track our activities if after this much time they can't fix what should be such a basic issue to address.

It is not a problem of the data, but of their wrong interpretation. If you have read through the answers of the past threads, you would notice the repeating answer that the activity Calories contain two parts: Resting Calories (based on the RMR for given time), and Active Calories. Which means that the Active Calories are always smaller than the total Calories burned during the activity. To see the Active Calories burned during an activity, you have to enter the details of the activity and look them up on the second tab.

  • I appreciate it much.  I honestly did scan through the answers but I also found this problem posted in quite a few different forums so I just didn't find the right one.

    Cheers.
