Solar Instinct does not last its battery and turns itself off

Garmin instinct solar turns off by itself, even if it has a battery, and also when I turn it back on it doesn't turn on if I didn't turn off the Bluetooth on my phone. When it reaches 70% battery it doesn't turn on again and I have to charge it. It is not recognized by the PC.

Verify with Garmin Express that you run the last available firmware, when not, update it. If it does no help, try the master reset to the factory defaults. It it does not help either, contact the Product Suport.
