What's wrong with this picture?

PLEASE explain to me why Venu cannot count steps during the "walking" activity??? It can show that I walked 2.34 miles, but I somehow did it in only 740 steps?? And it's done this numerous times before; I was just hoping the latest update fixed this issue. I'm not a giant and I obviously shouldn't have wasted my money on this watch. I guess I'll just go back to Fitbit.

How exactly do you walk, and how do you wear the watch? Don't you push a caddy, or a pram, by hazard? The watch is worn on the wrist? If it does not count steps even if worn normally and walking without a firm support like a caddy, then contact either the dealer, or Garmin's Support, and have the watch replaced.
