Activities showing on wrong day

My watch it syncing to the app, however it's a day behind.

For example today's activities (it's currently 7.55am) show a full day, which, I assume is yesterday's.

    Which watch do you have? Are you sure you have the correct time of day, i.e. 7:55 am and not 7:55 pm?

    I have the Vivoactive 4S. It's connected to my phone so would assume the date and time are correct. 

    However, I've just checked the date and can see that it's got the wrong date on it, no idea how this would suddenly change, especially as it's linked.

    I'm not familiar with time settings on the vivoactive 4, but some other garmin watches allow to set the time manually. Also, wrong time or date can be a result of a malfunction. So first check the time settings on your watch, and then go outside and get a GPS fix. This should reset the time to the correct value.
