I have a vivoactive 4. Recently my app doesn't count my intensity moments any more. I swim, I walk, I get my HR go up, and it still shows 0 minutes. What can I do to fix this?
Do you see the intensity minutes in the watch? That is the first step. The app just shows what is reported to it. The app doesn't do any calculations.
