Strava route on garmin edge explore

I am connected to Strava so my completed rides do upload onto Strava. But now I want to download strava routes onto my Garmin edge explore. When I go to IQ connect, it only shows komoot and NOT Strava. Please help.

You can export routes from Strava as GPX files, and import them either through the app (opening the files with the GCM app), or in GC web at https://connect.garmin.com/modern/courses#import-course

Hi, sorry to be a pain but how do I export as gpx on Strava. Can't find where it says export.

It will say "GPX" on the top of the map of the activity.

If it's a route you created, then go to the routes page - www.strava.com/.../routes

Open the route you want to export, then "Export GPX"
