Sleep Overview

The Garmin Connect App gives an overvuew of all functions like Heart Rate, Body Battery, Stress and the first week it also did show Sleep. In which you could see your sleep performence. Since this morning it's not shown anymore in the app

Does anybody has an idea how to get it back?

    Have you scrolled down to Edit My Day and made sure that the Sleep card still is selected to be displayed?

    Check Sleep menu in the main menu and check that you actually got any sleep reported. Only when you got sleep reported the Sleep card will be visible.

    Check the sleep logged on your watch so that is working.

    Hi Andy,

    Yes I found out that there is a message no registration of sleep data.

    How can I switch that back on?

    The sleep registration is automatic.

    Restart watch and update with Garmin Express.

    Thx for your reply. I do appreciate that. I'm the proud owner of a Fenix & and a bit overwhelmed by all possibilities.

    The sleep info did work for 5 days and then suddenly not anymore.....mmm I'm a bit worried.

    Anyway what do you mean with Garmin Express.  I can't find an App with that name?

    The way to restart Fenix 6 is to hold the light button (upper left) until the watch turns off. Don't bother about the assistance thing. Just keep holding the light button.

    Garmin Express is a software you install on a computer. https://www.garmin.com/software/express/

    It handles updates, maps, music, translations etc. It is a good idea to connect the watch to Garmin Express once in a while to make sure you got the latest updates. Most updates will be handled by the app so no need to use Express that often. I usually do it a few times per year. Express also seems to solve some issues that the users have so it is a good idea to test it.

    Hi Andy,

    Thx a lot for your reply. I've tried to connects to express but the software can't find the watch. The watch is recognised by windows. 

    Anyway I hope this night the watch will produce sleep statistics
