Replies to Gmail emails not working?

I've noticed on my 945 LTE that replies to Gmail emails aren't working. I can read the message, choose a response, and the watch tells me that the message is sent, but nothing actually seems to get sent. (Gmail app on the phone shows nothing in sent folder).

Strangely, replies to Chat messages within the Gmail app seem to work fine from the watch.

Any ideas?

I as many others have had with "Reply" not appearing, I found that changing your dialer (android) to another dialer works.
