Garmin Commect app wrong language

Why is part of the Garmin Connect app watch settings not in English? My watch should be in English

I've never seen this before but this is what I'd do.
1. Go into android app settings and delete the cache for Connect.
2. Check your phone's language settings.
3. Check your settings for your profile…

If the above doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall Connect

What is the language in your phone? The phone language controls the language in the app. The watch got a separate language setting and it doesn't affect the language in the app.
