I’m using Garmin coach to train for a 1/2 marathon. The workouts are strange. 2x / wk drill workouts that are 24 mins of walking & only 8 mins of running (every single week) then on the 3rd workout in a week , it’s a long run that will be 10 miles one week & 3 miles the next , then 12 miles , then 3.5 miles. I thought it was great at first , but now the workouts are odd
