Think I'm in a bit of a unique situation here but figured to post here to see if someone else has already figured this out.
I have 2 devices to record my heart rate:
- Garmin Smart Watch (not Connect IQ enabled, it's the Garmin Instinct Solar), which I use for tracking my Heart Rate (HR) every day and during workouts
- Polar Verity Sense (with arm band) to track my heart rate during the night tome
Why did I get a verity sense just for night time sleep tracking?
-- Because most Garmin Smart Watches do not talk to my sleep app, called Sleep as Android
This being said I'd like to have the three apps talking to each other and for the Garmin Connect App to be the preferred place for everything to "converge". The three apps I'm using (in the order in which I got them):

Sleep as android - to track my sleep

Garmin Connect - for above aforementioned smart watch

Polar Flow - to sync HR data from the Polar Verity Sense to their server
I've been using sleep as android for many years now, much longer than I've had a garmin smart watch.
The easy(er) question: Can I sync all of the polar flow data to garmin connect automatically without me having to manually download the data and upload it to Garmin Connect?
The hard question: can anyone recommend a way for all 3 above apps to talk to each other?
Any tips would be appreciated.
