Garmin connect sync problems

My Fenix 5S watch stopped syncing with the garmin connect app. The bluetooth is turned on on both my mobile phone and my watch, and both devices show that they´re paired. However when I open the garmin connect on my mobile phone, the automatic sync starts, but when it ends, no new data are sent from the watch to the app. I followed all the recommended instructions on the garmin app, but I didn´t get rid of this problem.

I´d be very glad for any possible advice.
