Intensity Events

Can atrial fibrillation trigger intensity events? As of 3:00 p.m. I have over 400 today. I'm dealing with afib so I've been sitting quietly all day. I'm wearing a Venu Sq.

If the HR exceeded certain level for periods longer than 10 minutes, then yes, it is quite probable.

Makes sense. My HR has repeatedly bounced between 108 and 140 since midnight. At 4:40 pm I'm up to 516 Intensity Minutes today.
