Same issue here with my new venu 2 plus. I've been monitoring the behavior of this for the past week and there is definitely a bug in there watch software. I changed the three default cups to match the three most common drinking cups I have 8oz, 17oz and 20oz. Logging of anything is very hit or miss. I now have to go to the main screen where my hydration snapshot is and observe what it says I've drank first before selecting it to add anything. Almost every time when I click on it to bring the menu up to add any of my populated sizes it will immediately display the animation that I've hit my goal. Earlier today I went to add my 17oz size I was at 17oz so far, selected another 17oz and off it went with the animation and displaying I had drank 133 cups of water. I'm going to try and get a video to post online of it next time it does it but it's definitely becoming a real pain. I've been searching this past week online to see if anyone else has had the issue and I'm glad it's not just me. Will update if I find a resolution.
Yeah it seems like there is a bug on the hydration app. Saw a lot of reviews about people complaining about the intake being totally wrong since the last update on the app
