Repeating workouts in Garmin Coach

My Garmin Coach suggested a interval session of 1.61km warm up, followed by 3 mins fast, 3 mins recovery, 7 times, and a 1.61km cool down. 
Is there a way to repeat this season, as I rescheduled it from an earlier day in the week, and after my 15km long run yesterday, I was really struggling after rep 4 at hitting the pace.
