Sleep, body battery and stress all stopped working

I've got a Vivoactive 4S that was working fine until Tuesday when the sleep, body battery and stress functions just stopped working. I haven't changed any settings or done anything differently with the watch or the app.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

It stopped working on the watch, or in the GC Mobile app? Did you already try restarting the watch?

Yes I've tried restarting the watch but that hasn't fixed it.

I think it's still recording body battery and stress on the watch. I don't know how to view sleep on the watch.

Nothing has been synched with the app since 12 noon on Tuesday for body battery, stress and sleep. Steps, heartbeat and everything else is synching as normal.

PS - I also uninstalled and reinstalled the app but that didn't fix it either.

I worked through the steps in the article. It started working again after I uninstalled the watch from the app and online, then added it back on again. It's working as normal again now. Thank you so much for your help.
