Could you post a screenshot of the error you get? I've never heard of this issue.
Doesn't it help to just close the app and start it again or restart the phone? It sounds a bit drastic to reinstall that often. It probably helps to just delete the data for the app in the phone settings. That will clear any cached and stored data from the app. Exactly like a reinstall.
