Why my watch is showing km although my phone set up is in miles?
It is because the watch got its own setting for which units it will use.
But I set my phone's app in miles. And the watch was showing miles until 2 weeks ago. It suddenly changed to km and I do not why
I need miles, how can I set the watch to miles
How you set it on the watch depends on the watch. On my watch (FR945) it is Settings->System->Units->Distance
If the setting is correct then it probably needs to be toggled (change it back and forth).
