Venu SQ not displaying incoming call contacts on Motorola One 5G UW

My Venu SQ has never displayed incoming call information, it only says Phone. Connect app has all permissions, battery saver has been taken off, and app and phone are all up to date. Any additional ideas? Watch isn't very helpful if can't see who's calling without taking my phone out.

It usually happens when you use some spam-filtering app like for example Call Blocker, because it filters the calls and does not pass the contact info through the system notification.

Cancelled the Call Filter plan on my Verizon account and turned it off on my phone... Still didn't work.

I got it to work by force stopping the call filter application. The application will start if you restart your phone. I ended up installing the call filter app and it has been good to go and working like it should.
