Intensity Minutes

I see a number of question regarding this topic but no solutions.

I have a Fenix 6 and 530 cycle computer. Up until a week ago all was fine, go for a ride and intensity would get registered. Sadly not now, The cycle computer records everything ok but it is not picked up by the Intensity. I have completed a 2 hour ride and a 1.5hr ride at high loads but ended registering about 36. minutes.

Has changed with updates etc. be use nothing has changed with me?

Edge does not support the feature of Intensity Minutes, and never did. You have to be simultaneously using also your Fenix, and it has to detect the HR correctly, for having the IM registered. If it was indeed the case, please share a link (not just a screenshot!) to the concerned activity, so that we can try to find out what the problem was.
