I updated my spotify account from the free 3 month premium trial to a 3 month premium voucher and since that update my garmin forerunner 245 music has been unable to connect to WiFi. I have tried
- turning both the garmin and phone off and on again
- logging in and out of spotify on the garmin
- clearing the spotify app cache
- turning on and off the WiFi modem
- removing and re-adding the WiFi to the garmin, both via the garmin and via the Connect app
- factory reset of the garmin
- uninstalling and reinstalling the spotify app on my phone
So far nothing has been successful
any suggestions or other users who have experienced the same or similar issue?
