My watch is losing battery power

My watch has suddenly started losing battery power this week. Havibg to charge it daily instead of weekly.

Its less than 2 years old and was fine until 3 days ago.

Any ideas why its suddenly failing?

It did an update this week as well

Try a soft reset or turn it off and on again. Sometime the devices start to draw power excessively after a firmware update, and need to be restarted.
