My shoes have all zeroed

And do you see the data on the web version of Garmin Connect?

I was experiencing the same issue, but only on the app.

• I logged out of the app - Settings >> Sign out
• Restarted the phone
• Opened Garmin Connect then logged in.

All there now.

I am experiencing the same issue and I have tried the suggestion here but still no data.  Even did a soft reset of the watch in combo with signing out of the app, still nothing. 

Fortunately the data is still on the web app. 

Yes tge data is all there on the web version but nothing on app despite logging out, turning off phone.
