Fenix 7 solar sapphire swim distance not working

I have bought a Garmin Fenix 7 solar sapphire. During pool swimming the timer and heart rate record but the distance remain zero even though I have swim for 40 mins. This is not what I expect from £779 watch, it is a disgrace. Can I have money back pls

Either you try to solve the issue by contacting Garmin Support: https://support.garmin.com/
They can then see if the watch needs to be replaced.

Or you can contact the seller and use any return policy they got, but usually they will try to solve the issue by helping you or replacing the watch.
