I've problem adding my device ( lily) to Garmin connect

It happened when I tried to sync my device and the phone.
I tried to pair with my phone but failed.
I uninstalled Garmin connect and reinstalled back and try to add my device ,still cannot add.
I don't know why to do now.
Please help me.thank you.
