Broken FIT file using Mac

Hi - I recorded a Triathlon (multi sport feature) on Sunday and all activities have synced to Garmin Connect except this one, so my hunch is the .FIT file is corrupted. Finally found Android File Transfer so that I can find the file as I am using a Mac. I've tried to upload it onto Garmin Express using the upload feature, but it says "We don't support the file type you tried to import." Again making me think it's corrupt.
The FIT File Fixer tool seems to only work on PCs.
Any advice?

Hi - Wow amazing, thanks so much! File looks good. Will take note on the hrm and watch sync moving forward. Was my first podium so thanks so much for the fix.
