I am using the Garmin Coach feature for the first time and I am quite happy with it.
I would like to propose couple of changes:
- Long term planning: I think it would be good to have a certain view on the whole plan. To organise the training and also family life :D. Not knowing but for one week in advance is not enough to plan around the training.
- Strength slot: With my current schedule is difficult to add a strength slot between the long run and the quality one after. My legs are unable to do it. However, I think that some strength training is important. The Garmin Coach could consider planning those too through the weeks.
