Why aren t my stress level and body battery messured anymore?

When I open my watch and want to see my heart rate or body battery it just says "Measuring" forever and just doesn't work, it doesn't appear in the app either, any way to solve it or is my watch just broken?

Start by restarting the watch. If your watch got a light button (top left) you hold that until the watch shuts down.

Check the back of the watch. Do you see green lights?
