New phone, no data

I purchased a new phone and the connect app transferred over when the phones transfferred data.  After I added a new password (I forgot the old one) and started the app I noticed that no historical data from the last 2 years didnt appear.  Not sure what to do, it is still on the old phone and the new phone has all the new data after i started it yesterday.  Any ideas?  I have  decent mk2i and a new Samsung S22+.
