Where? This forum addresses issues with the Android app, and the change of the units to metric is sufficient for all types of values on the app.
However, if you rather mean the Weather Widget on the watch, then you have to change the settings there. On most watches you have to long-press the menu button while on the widget, and edit the settings there. If your watch behaves differently, consult the user manual, or post on the forum for your watch model.
