Connect Mobile can no monger open activities

Hi,

My Connect Mobile app has been unable to open activities for a few weeks now.

Everything works as has amways worked, activities sync, the app shows the list of activities and everything, but when clicking an activity to open it and add an equipment (or comments) or simply analyze it, it just shows the waiting circle on and on and on and the activity does not open. I have to go to the online browser version to see activities.

Is this a known new issue or is it just me because the new versions simply don't work on my phone.

Android 7 stock.

  • You're on the latest app version 4.51.1? If so, since the data on the backend is from the same source as the Garmin Connect Web version, I suggest clearing the cache

    Long press the Connect icon >> App Info >> Force Stop >> Storage >> Clear cache >> Open the app.

    If still no joy, reinstall the app.

    Thanks but I did that already. I uninstalled and went back to version 4.48......works perfectly. If I go to 4.49, stops working.

    Maybe my phone (Android 7). Can't be bothered so I'll stay with this version.
