Caller ID Not Displaying on Venu 2 Plus

Hi,

I just recently purchased Venu 2 Plus and I'm connecting it to my Samsung Note 20 Ultra. Whenever I receive a phone call it's only displaying the number, and not the name.

I gave the Connect app all the permissions and also uninstalled True Caller (as I saw it has a problem with this app on other forums) but still this did not resolve the issue.

I already suggested this to another user, so see if it works: I think you have to register your contacts in the Garmin Conect App, otherwise only the phone number appears. Hope it helps!
