Ik zie geen map meer in overzicht

Vroeger zag ik op een map waar ik gewandeld had. Nu niet merr

  • I am glad I'm not the only one.

    I also just spotted that I am unable - as of today, Feb 2022 - to see any maps and routes travelled on the app for all the activities preceding early 2017 year and before. All later activities are fine.

    But the same (old) activities displayed via web browser - one can obtain the link from the app and open it on the phone - are complete, i.e. maps are also there.

    So I gather it's a problem with APIs that was introduced with one of the the latest version of this app, unless it's done on purpose (why?).

    Garmin, can you please look into this? And fix?

  • Just to follow this up - I did raise this with Garmin Support, supplied evidence and logs from the app.

    I am now awaiting their response.

  • Another update: this bug - lack of maps displayed in the apps for older (~5+ years) activities - has been acknowledged and it's being worked on.

  • An ultimate update: issue has been addressed with the latest Connect App on Android (v4.53 I believe) and all is well now.
