Running activity didn't records on Android, only on fr245

Hi.

My running activity didn't show or transfer onto android app, it's still there on my fr245 last activity, and my Garmin coach  didn't see I was completed my schedule task today.

    If you get any message other than Import Complete, then there is a problem with the file being corrupt. Attach it to this thread. We can look to see if it is repairable.

    • Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
    • Or upload the fit file to a file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.

    Try to sync it using the Garmin Connect app on your laptop. I had this before and reached out to Garmin. They said by connecting your phone to your computer and syncing it using the desktop app, that would probably fix it and it did. He said it's good to do that every now and then to make sure everything's running in tip top shape. Ever since then, I periodically sync using that (every time I recharge my watch) and haven't had issues since.
