The Forerunner 210 was released 2010. Bluetooth connectivity and the ability to pair with Garmin Connect on your smartphone didn't appear until 2013 with the Forerunner 220 & 620 watches.
Thanks for your replies. I bought the watch in december 2018. I'm angry that the sales clerk sold me such an old model. It's clear to me now that I can't use this app. Unfortunetely I can't start Garmin Express under my windows 7 PC. I really tried it for hours. But I found out that there are still versions of the former "trainings center" from other sources than Garmin. I installed one and will try what comes out.
