Is there a way to block automatic sharing by activity type?

I connected Strava to Garmin Connect, but it makes no sense that it also shares the 3 minute Breathwork (HRV test) "activities" as well. Is there a way to set that I only want certain activity types to be shared?

No. There is no such function.
