My training status constantly says unproductive even though anaerobic, high aerobic and low aerobic are all-in the band width they are meant to be.
Can anyone help?
Your VO2 max is going down and that will make the status unproductive. Look at the arrow next to the VO2 max value in the training status card in My Day page.
If you increase your VO2 max you will be productive again.

Just continue your training, increase the load slowly and vary the workouts.
There is no quick fix.
The measurement of your VO2 max will go up and down over time. You can't keep it high and going up all the time.
