How can I calibrate the hight of my posigion?

The hight of my watch shows (-)360 m and im actualy standing on a plase 60 m above see level. I want to know how can i calibrate it

At least in some watches it goes: Start activity that uses GPS (like walk, run etc.), let it find GPS satellites and when found, wait 30 secs (if connection breaks, wait another 30sec). Now it's calibrated. Of course there can be other problems with visibility of satellites and so on. Also if possible use GPS+galileo or GPS+glonass -setting for more accurate measurement.
