my former fitnesstracker had a ,as i call it,"kcal forecast". I think mathematicaly it extrapolated/estimated ,based on my actual burned kcal, my total burned kcal at the end of the day. Of course this method and the whole calorie tracking thing isn't 100% accurate but for me it was a nice indicator. Right now i work around by adjusting my garmin connect / myfitness pal so that my target calories are "my not active calories" so that every additional burnt calorie will be added as positive calories by mfp. In that way i also have an indicator how many calories i would have burnt in the end of the day but it is not as comfortable as the described method from my former tracker. So my question is, does something equal exist in the garmin app or is there a better/comfortabler solution as mine available?
