If you can't see them in the app then use the web: https://connect.garmin.com/modern/training-plan

Why you don't see them in the app is probably because of your Garmin device.

Hello, Related to the answer above, i m very sorry, but its not a problem with my device, Connecting with my Swim 2 and in the App only appears cycling plans, nor run or somethibg else, only cycling. Thanks.

I see both running and cycling plans. I've got a Forerunner 945.

From the document Using Garmin Connect Training Plans | Garmin Customer Support:

Training Plans are accessed from Garmin Connect web. A limited number of training plans, including the Garmin Coach training plans, can also be accessed from the Garmin Connect app

So, if the concerned training plan is not visible on your app, set it up on GC Web, as Andy suggested. It may then appear on the app too.
