I love the Find my Phone function, using my Garmin Forerunner 235 to find my phone. But the alert my phone uses to indicate its location is noxious, and the sound it too loud. There is no other app on my phone which uses this alert. When I lower the volume on my phone, the next time the Find my Phone function is used, the sound is back up.
My phone is a Galaxy S9. The Find my Phone app on my phone via the Connect app appears to not be able to change the alert or its volume, despite my making these changes. (my phone's Settings, then the Connect app, then notifications then Find my Phone, then select sound. My Connect app is version 4.50.
How can I turn down the volume on the alert for the Find my Phone app, or change the alert, so the Find my Phone signal is not so noxious? THANKS!
